7. Cars
The adage ‘ride or die’ popularized by the Fast & Furious movies, couldn’t be any more appropriate here, where cars are reported to kill people more than the death toll caused by Islamic terror attacks. According to the Association for Safe International Road Travel, they estimate that around 37,000 Americans die annually from car accidents. So if you’re planning to play out your best impression of Dominic Toretto, I’d reconsider.
8. Heart Attacks
This one isn’t surprising since it is regarded as one of America’s leading killers. In fact, a staggering 610,000 Americans die from heart attacks annually. Of course, terrorism shouldn’t be taken lightly but when you compare that to the death toll attributed to heart attacks, maybe we need to stop worrying about those Moslems in a bus but instead, be more concerned with our health more these days.
