They’re Mean
For a lack of a simpler way of describing someone with bad intentions, it’s easy enough to explain that they are just plain mean. Evil people laugh at the expense of their so-called friends, put them down, and really just treat them like dirt, while saying, “just kidding” to make it seem like it was just a joke, even when everyone knows that it’s not.
