Twenty-three-year-old Evelyn McHale leaped to her death from the observation deck at the 86th floor of the Empire State building in 1947. She landed on a limousine. But what’s astonishing about her death was that despite the height from which she fell, her body remained intact.
The Worstead church ghost
Diane and Peter Berthelot visited the Worstead Church in Norfolk, U.K. in 1975. While his wife Diane was sitting and praying on one of the pews, Peter took a photo of her. To their shock, they found a ghostly figure sitting just right behind Diane. They learned to form the local vicar that the ghost was of the White Lady, which was believed to have been haunting the church for a long time.
