Life has a weird way of working out. When English musician Tinie Tempah and photographer and singer Ty Bello were doing a photoshoot in Nigeria, a local bread seller was accidentally caught in the shot.
The unassuming woman, Olajumoke Orisaguna, is a 27-year-old mother of two who gets by selling bread to others. Little did she know her life was about to change dramatically.
As Huff Post reports, Bello was enchanted by the photo which turned out perfectly.
The artist posted the photo on Instagram, asking “Who is she? Every one has been asking if this lady is a model… It was just perfect coincidence.”
Once Orisaguna was found, she quickly landed a modeling contract. Now, she’s being featured on the cover of This Day Style (below)!
This positive story is one to share, don’t you think? Life in Africa can be very difficult as nearly 50% of the population lives in poverty.
At least, for Olajumoke, it’s all about to get much easier.
Following are some portraits of the new model:
“So I found her …our beauty from the @tiniegram shoot and boy have I got a fantastic story to share with you all.”
“Meeting and photographing her has inspired us all”
“We can’t wait for the good that will come to her from all of this to unfold”
