It was meant to be just a regular sleepover, the kind that most teenage girls have when they want to hang out together. But unfortunately for these two 16-year olds, the night was going to go completely wrong when that very night, they vanish into thin air. It’s been 18 years since anyone has seen either one of these best friends alive, and yet, one mom still has hope in her heart that she will, one day, find out what happened to her beloved daughter and the best friend.
And there may just be some new evidence that may help her get closer to the answer she’s been longing for for so long.
Best Friends Since Childhood
Ashley Freeman and Lauria Bible were best friends since they were children, and they loved to spend practically all of their time together. They both lived in Craig County, Oklahoma and were going to celebrate Ashley’s 16th birthday with a sleepover in her trailer home, which was situated in the small town of Welch. Welch was known to be in quite a remote area with just around 600 residents.
