Confessions From Jail
Years would pass and still, detectives were no closer to finding out any new information about the missing girls at all, or what the true story behind the murders of the Freemans. That is until Tommy Lynn Sells, a convicted killer who was serving time, decided to confess to the murders while he was in jail. He claims that he had been in Welch when high on drugs, he had killed all of them, including the girls, but he couldn’t remember any details. But before police could link him to the deaths, he had died via lethal injection in 2003 for his other crimes.
