Was It A Set-Up?
A few people had even gone on to say that some of the police in their area had wanted to scare the Freeman’s for what had happened with their son since Danny wanted to get back at the police. Danny had told his brother that if anything should happen to him, he should investigate the Craig County Sherriff’s Department. It even came to a point that some members of the police were put through polygraph tests to see if there was any truth behind Danny’s accusations, but they came out completely innocent, releasing them from any speculation that they could have been at fault for the fire that had occurred at the Freeman house.
