Crashed all over Europe

Messerschmitt Bf 109s crashed all over Europe including in a British golf course and in Russia. Klaus and Daniel were not the only ones who got lucky in stumbling upon some of these planes. An archaeologist was reported to find a Messerschmitt Bf 109 on the bottom of an icy Russian lake in 2003.

How many of these planes are buried out there, waiting to be discovered? As for Daniel, the discovery he’s made with his father is something that will make him go down in history as the boy who found a downed plane on their farm.
