Matthew McConaughey

The actor was arrested back in 1999 when neighbors complained about the ruckus that came from his home. When the police arrived at around three in the morning, they found McConaughey playing the bongos in nothing but his birthday suit. He was taken into custody and was charged with violating the noise ordinance, resisting arrest, and of course, using marijuana. His bohemian lifestyle didn’t work for him back then, but to this day, fans love him for it.
