In an effort to sway the American public to support a war against Cuba, the Joint Chiefs of Staff of the U.S. military drew up and approved plans to create acts of terrorism on U.S. soil. The documents proving this ‘conspiracy theory’ are out there to review.
Fortunately, President Kennedy rejected the Operation which included plans to harm innocent Americans (by shooting them dead in the streets), sink boats carrying refugees fleeing Cuba on the high seas, and launch a violent wave of terrorism in Washington, D.C., Miami, and elsewhere. If the plan had been approved, innocent people would have been framed for bombings they did not commit and planes being hijacked.
The Joint Chiefs of Staff, led by Chairman Lyman Lemnitzer, planned to fabricate evidence that would implicate Fidel Castro and Cuban refugees as the perpetrators of the attacks. The most horrifying aspect, perhaps, is that Operation Northwoods planned for an elaborately staged incident whereby a Cuban aircraft would attack and shoot down a plane full of college girls.
And people think the government would’t harm its citizens to complete an agenda…

COINTELPRO was a series of illegal FBI projects that infiltrated domestic political organizations to silence some of the most ‘unwanted’ political groups in the U.S. Between the years of 1956 and 1971, the majority of the time spent on COINTELPRO was dedicate towards bringing down and dismantling groups such as black nationalists, civil rights movements, and women’s rights movements. The acts committed against them included psychological warfare, slander using forged documents and false reports in the media, harassment, wrongful imprisonment and, according to some, intimidation and possibly violence and assassination. Hate groups – such as the KKK – were targeted as well, but don’t seem to have been as much of a priority.
