Served in the United States Congress as a representative, Jon Hinson admitted to exposing himself to an undercover cop at the Iwo Jima Memorial in Arlington National Cemetery. He later resigned when he was charged with attempted sodomy for performing oral sex on a male employee at the Library of Congress in a restroom at the House of Representatives.
