27. Female zoo keeper mauled by tiger in Spain
A female zoo keeper in Benidorm, Spain’s Terra Natura Zoo died while on cleaning duty next to a tiger’s pen. The zookeeper came into contact with the tiger which mauled her to death when the gate separating her from the animal was left open.
