Starting Slowly

Since they didn’t know Alexis so well in the beginning, they would only leave Finn in her care for a few hours at a time. But as each day passed, they would be seemingly impressed by her skills. It would seem that Alexis was a good choice, and they now felt like they could trust her to keep their son safe for longer hours at a time. But they would soon find out that this would be the worst mistake of their lives.
