23. Basenji
Originating from central Africa, the Basenji is a majorly active dog that will keep its owner on its feet. They are also known for their non-ability to bark, but yet they can whine, growl, chortle and even scream. Due to their high energy level, when left alone, they are known to destroy everything in sight, plus they can be very threatening towards other dogs, and especially suspicious toward strangers. On the positive side, they are amazing watchdogs.
