Some children grow up in homes filled with laughter, happiness and love, but sadly for others, what they endure is the complete opposite. For Skylar Deleon, not only was his home filled with anger, abuse and drug use, Deleon suffered the most at the hands of his very own father. Wistfully, his life would be filled with so much pain and hurt that his life’s path could only go one way, down.
And the rabbit hole that he descended through was going to be an incredibly horrific and morbid one that would end with him on death row.
Skylar Deleon’s Past
Skylar Deleon, originally named John Julius Jacobson, Jr. after his own father, was born in an incredibly dysfunctional family. His father, John Jacobson Sr. was a copious drug dealer and addict. His home was filled with so-called friends who were drug users too, who were also using his parents to fuel their own drug obsessions. His mom Lynette O’Daniel, on the other hand, was a heavy cocaine user who joined in the many orgies that occurred in their home at night.
