Convicting Jeena Of Her Crimes
In May of 1998, despite efforts of the defense claiming that Jeena had a “personality disorder with mixed traits,” Jeena would still be found guilty on all counts due to the evidence presented during the trial. The judge had even said, “It is obvious Miss Han is a danger to society, particularly against her family.” Despite the request for leniency in her sentencing, she was still given 26 years with the possibility of parole in 2018. Her two co-conspirators got 16 and 8 years respectively.
