Putting Pieces Together

Debra’s murder wasn’t the biggest mystery the cops had to solve. However, the cops were baffled at how long it took them to solve it. It had been a cold case for too long that the documents were already buried in the piles of other cases. They felt, nonetheless, that they owed it to the victim’s family to seek answers the best way they knew how.
Presenting the Evidence

As the deputy attorneys and those involved presented the evidence to the jury, they knew that they needed to fill in the missing pieces of the puzzle first. They had apparently done the right job as the jury recommended that he be charged for the murder of his wife.
