Refusing to Leave

Carl was okay calling off the search, but he didn’t want to leave Debra’s car there. Now, her family was even more concerned. If she didn’t have the car and if she were stranded outside, then she would definitely suffer from the freezing cold. They wanted to leave the car where they found it in case she’d find her way back to it. That way, she would have shelter for the night. However, Carl wanted to take it back with him to the farm.

Everyone continued the search the very next day, April 24. This was when they stumbled upon more clues. Carl decided to divide the group into 2.
