Attorney General Josh Shapiro said, “These cases never go away, much like the pain of the family members who lost a loved one.” Hence, this was great news for the victim’s family.

In November 2017, Carl Rogers was finally arrested at the feed mill while he was working. He was already 62 at that time. The police said that he had been charged with homicide as he was closely linked to his wife’s death 34 years before. He was cuffed and brought to the station.
