Park Avenue Apartment
Apart from owning residential properties with husband Jared, Ivanka owns at least two apartments in Manhattan’s upscale Park Avenue, and she recently had one of them listed for $4.1-million. She bought the apartment in 2004 for $1.5-million, according to city property records.
