She mysteriously disappeared

The company representative gave details of what took place concerning Rebecca’s disappearance. She failed to show up for her 9 AM shift that morning, so she was paged. She nodded and said she was. Her parents confirmed it was her when, upon hanging up, she placed her hands in her pants’ back pocket, something that was typical of her to do.
