Thorough search in and out of the ship

When the search inside the ship didn’t turn up anything, a joint search between the U.S. Coast Guard and the Mexican Navy began to scour the waters the Wonder sailed through. Still, nothing was ever found.

The investigation went ahead, but still returned no evidence nor any sign of Rebecca. Mike and Annamaria were flown to the Bahamas to help the Bahamian authorities. The Bahamian detective heading the investigation was supposed to conduct a thorough search onboard for a couple of days. But only for a day, all he did was question several crew members. He didn’t even include the passengers who may have seen Rebecca.
