On October 10, 2019, Jahrid snapped and beat Arabelle so badly – stomping on her stomach, kicking and punching her, causing over 40 injuries. Arabelle had a broken collarbone, broken ribs, and brain damage so severe she had to have surgery to remove a piece of her brain. Jahrid called his mom who happened to be a nurse, and told her what he did, sometime after the beating. She went over to their apartment. But, she lied to the police about what happened, and nobody even called 911. Samantha claimed that she saw Jahrid beat up Arabella but was too scared to tell the police. Jahrid had records of abuse prior to Arabella, he smashed his ex-girlfriend’s head on a car dashboard. She was 2 months pregnant at the time. Clearly, Jahrid had no qualms about inflicting pain on defenseless beings.Arabella was put on life support. After weeks on life support, she looked like there was improvement, but sadly, it was temporary.
