Located in Pennsylvania, the Franklin & Marshall College has been around since 1787, but the name is not as popular as many others on this list. Regardless, the school produced up to ‘five signatories of the Declaration of Independence,’ giving it the satisfaction of quite a proud student history, as well as a rather expensive tuition fee. Newer alumni include HBO’s CEO, Richard Plepler and former campaign manager to George HW Bush, Ken Mehlman.
