The 6-year old “Earthquake Island” off the coast of Pakistan has now disappeared under the waves. The mud island, which measured 65 feet high, 295 feet wide, and 130 feet long, and named Zalzala Koh (earthquake mountain), was the product of a mud volcano. The rocks and boulders that made up the island was a result of the mud pressured up the surface during an earthquake in 2013.
