An X-Ray Tsunami
Like a scene from a science fiction movie, this X-ray image taken by NASA’s Chandra X-ray Observatory of the enormous wave of hot gas in the Perseus galaxy is said to be measured at 200,000 light-years across, which is twice as wide as our very own Milky Way.
