Just like in many other viral stories that come out on the net, Sam and Ruzan’s story was being followed by quite a lot of people. Knowing that Sam already had four children with his former wife, it was even said that one of Sam’s children with his first wife also had Downs. Sam rebuffed all these accusations, sharing that his youngest child was premature and had issues due to that, and nothing else.
