Smith Dies From His Gun Shot Wound
Just like the doctors at the Forbes Hospital believed, Smith ended up dying due to his gunshot wound. When the Allegheny County Medical Examiner’s Office did his autopsy, their county spokeswoman, Amie Downs, confirmed that his death has been ruled a suicide, just like the authorities believed during the preliminary investigation.
