Kelsie Schelling’s life seemed like it was going on the right track and at a smooth pace. She had a boyfriend whom she met when she was still in college. Donthe Lucas was a former Northeastern Junior College Basketball Star. Yes, he was well loved in school, and he was most especially loved by his girlfriend, Kelsie. And now that they graduated, they were going to have an even better future.
They were going to be parents soon, and with a baby on the way, both friends and family were so excited for them.
Seemingly Lost
However, that future changed on February 5, 2013. The 21-year old Schelling had stopped answering her phone. Everyone was worried because it was extremely unlike her not to return a call or a text message. Where was she? They could only hope that nothing bad had happened to her.
