Things falling into place

So, the cops questioned Huntley once again. This time, they finally got a smidgen of truth from him. His lies began to unravel, as police were able to trace a signal from Jessica’s phone to his home. Who was she trying to call and why didn’t the call connect? This was definitely a big clue that they were searching for.

Huntley’s confession

Huntley said that he actually invited the girls into his home. He then said that Holly suffered from a nosebleed and accidentally slipped and drowned in the bathtub as she was cleaning up. This didn’t add up as experts concluded that the only way she could have drowned was if somebody forced her face down into the water. Huntley further explained that Jessica accidentally died of suffocation when he tried to muffle her screams after seeing her friend hurt. This raised further doubt.
