UNDERSTANDING HANNAH
There’s no denying that Hannah’s stories had discrepancies. But what worried Dick was when Hannah said that if she was miserable, then she was willing to do anything to feel better. The perpetrator had robbed a bank and she did it as an adult. Putting her on probation was disrespectful to the law. Hence, Dick wanted Hannah imprisoned. With these arguments, Judge Mullen agreed with the York County attorney.
