In 2010, Anna would find herself in a plea deal ‘as part of a prisoner exchange between the United States and Russia.’ But what people could never believe was that when Anna would arrive back in her homeland, Putin would welcome her with majorly open arms, treating her as if she was a ‘hero,’ which probably to him, she really was.

A Rising Career

Since Anna’s return to Russia, she’s been busier than ever. She was given the position of public council of Young Guard of United Russia, where was put in place so she could “be engaged in educating young people.” Less than a year later, she became a TV host for a weekly show called ‘Secrets of the World,’ aside from becoming editor of ‘Venture Business News’ magazine. And aside from all of that, the incredibly chic Anna even has her own fashion label with a number of stores around the country.
