Events such as Comic Con, which has people dressing up as their favorite superheroes, to their most beloved gaming characters, they have thousands and thousands in attendance no matter where they are located. Some of the most popular ones are in the United States, Japan, Germany, London and in some Southeast Asian countries.

Starting In High School

For Estrella, her interest in cosplay began while she was in high school. She shares, “I originally discovered this style in high school, but didn’t know it was called human doll.” And one of the most famous ‘human dolls,’ whom she loved the most was a girl named Dakota Rose.
