Always In Their Hearts And Minds

Now that Brooke’s murderer is behind bars, her family and friends can just think of her with fondness. Brittany Bennion, one of Brooke’s roommates went on to say, “It has felt like an eternity to every person involved in this. I’m happy that there is closure and I’m happy that they found her body. I know that is what Brooke’s family was hoping for.”

Finally Laid To Rest

At the end of this entire horrific ordeal, all Brooke’s family wanted was to bury her in her final resting place. That way, they could honor her life in the best way possible and visit her at her grave whenever they pleased. Her mother, Camille, is so grateful to everyone that worked at finding Brooke and helping her family find her. She said, “We feel a great love for those people that helped us and were so kind to us for the whole ordeal. It’s important for us to keep that kindness with them. It’s for the citizen of Corvallis, too. They were so gracious and good to help when Brooke wasn’t even a member of their community.”
