Her Son, Tom

Ada and Henry’s eldest and only boy Tom, never married. In fact, he would go on to live with his parents for the rest of his life, never moving out of his home until he no longer had a choice. He had worked as a decorator and painter for the company HE Simm Building Services, which had been on Prescot Road in his younger years, but later on retired and remained at home with his beloved mother.

Getting Older

Again, time would continue to move on as it always does, and Tom and his mom Ada would find themselves living alone at home. Tom’s father Henry had passed, and he was the only one left to keep his mother company.
