As with most cold cases, where detectives have found themselves at the end with no more answers, a website was put up. Her website, namely www.FindJenniferKesse.com was put up, precisely to allow people to call in anonymous tips and possible sightings. One particular tip had made them believe that they may have found her.

Could It Be Her?

Around 10 years after she went missing, a tip came in from a jewelry store in Decherd, Tennessee. It was said that a beautiful but disheveled woman around 5’7” in height with blonde hair came in with an impeccably dressed black man with dreads. The girl had also appeared to have a “hollow look and didn’t make eye contact,” despite the store clerk asking if she was okay. The jewelry store clerk did say that she probably had a broken wrist because she “cried out” when she shook her hand goodbye, plus it looked bruised. When the clerk saw photos of Jennifer, she said that she was “100% certain” that is was her.
