Killing Him Before He Could Kill Her
As they proceeded to engage in sex and were done, Cyntoia told Allen she wanted to nap. She said though that Allen didn’t want to sleep, and he kept reaching over to his bedside table. What she believed in her head was that Allen was reaching for a gun that he had there. Cyntoia, probably due to her survival skills kicking in so fast from having to defend herself on the streets for so long, reached into her own purse, grabbing the gun she always carries, and shot Allen before he could shoot her first.
