Negotiations for Sarah underway
Sarah’s attorney, Dan McGarrigle, negotiated with the Delaware County District Attorney’s staff. “I’ve been in touch with representatives from the Delaware County District Attorney’s Office already, and we have some very preliminary discussions underway,” said Gable’s lawyer Dan McGarrigle. He also said that his client could be given a plea agreement.
