This historic and beautiful neighborhood is home to the more affluent residents of the city, though prices of homes can be very reasonable, which makes this part of the city very popular for those with families. It’s very safe, has really good schools, and offers a lot of amenities for outdoor activities. Some of the landmarks include Independence National Historical Park and Frankin Square, and it also has a thriving art scene with lots of galleries, such as the Moderne Gallery.
