Fairmount-Spring Garden
One of the more expensive neighborhoods in the city, Fairmount-Spring garden is definitely worth it. Referred to as the “Art museum area” due to its proximity to the Philadelphia Museum of Art, Franklin Institute, and Rodin and Barnes Foundation, with lots of cafes, and restaurants while the portion of Spring Garden is adorned with beautiful Victorian homes, and has a quieter feel, which would suit families.
