Somerton
This is another neighborhood in the far northeast section of the city that is considered college student-friendly as the transportation is easy and the safety is above-average, given the number of police officers who also call this neighborhood home. The population is pretty diverse, with a lot of residents with Russian and Ukrainian ancestry, as well as a good number of Irish and Indian.
