Graduate Hospital
The neighborhood has experienced growth and gentrification which led to the development of new residential areas, in addition to its 19th and 20th century rowhomes, and commercial establishments. The South Street West is where the action is, and contains the main restaurants, bars, cafes, shops, and other businesses that cater to this family-friendly environment. It holds the annual Odunde Festival, which features an outdoor party complete with food and entertainment. This historic place has a lot of buildings listed on the National Register of Historic Places as well.
