This neighborhood offers a very green place, with the Schuylkill River and Fairmount Park a major part of the landscape, and transportation to pretty much anywhere is easy. The parks and recreation centers are very ideal for families, with lots of amenities for outdoor activities. There’s plenty of options to wine and dine, with schools having some of the highest graduation rates in the city. Homes are not cheap, but offers a wide range when it comes to prices and sizes, which makes it ideal not just for families, but for professionals as well.
