Society Hill
This historic place is one of the oldest residential neighborhoods in Philadelphia, and one of the most expensive and sough-after as well. It’s home to the highest average income and second highest real estate values in the city, with the beautiful park and lovely homes accentuated by 18th and 19th century buildings, brick sidewalks and cobblestone streets. The residents enjoy relative peace and quiet despite the dense population, as the businesses being conducted are on its outer edges.
