This neighborhood is another sought-after place for commercial and residential purposes because of its proximity to Central City. The area is one of the best neighborhoods for dining and drinking due to its network of bars and restaurants, and a great place for shopping as well. Notable landmarks include the Daniel Boone School, Thomas Jefferson School, and St. John’s Church, among others, and all of which are listed in the National Register of Historic Places.
