Lenticular Clouds
Lenticular clouds are commonly mistaken for UFOs. They are actually stationary clouds in the form of lens which commonly form in the troposphere. They take such form when they encounter obstructions in airflow such as mountain tops.
The Great Blue Hole
The Great Blue Hole is a stunning natural formation. It’s a gigantic submarine sinkhole near the coast of Belize. It’s about 300 meters across and 108 meters deep. The hole was formed tens of thousands of years ago, when sea levels were much lower. When sea level rose, the sinkhole was submerged.
