Liz R. of The Houston Texans

Although Liz R. has made quite the impression on the field as a veteran cheerleader of the Houston Texans, she spends the rest of her days working as a hairstylist. And while one doesn’t necessarily consider that exercise, she manages to keep fit by doing cross training on her off time. All her hard work paid off too since back in July of 2015, she was even named Cheerleader of the Week by Sports Illustrated.
