Kenneth McDuff was tried and convicted for triple-murder and was sent to death row in 1966. However, the killing spree of the “The Broomstick Killer” did not end there. His three death sentences were reduced to life imprisonment, and was granted parole in 1989. Having an average IQ of 92 and a fairly average childhood, McDuff dropped out of school and at age 18, was convicted of burglary and sent to prison before getting paroled in 1965. It only took him a year after release before committing the triple murder, but needed only three days after his second parole to resume his murderous ways by raping and killing at least five women before he was caught when he was tipped to the police after appearing on the TV show, America’s Most Wanted. He was finally executed by lethal injection in 1998.
