14. The Stephenville Sightings

100 miles southwest of Dallas, Texas, in the evening of January 8, 2008, residents of Stephenville witnessed something out of the ordinary happening in the sky above them. People reported seeing white lights hovering above Highway 67, forming a horizontal arc, followed later on by parallel lines. One local pilot, Steve Allen, estimated the lines to be “about a mile long and half a mile wide,” travelling at a jaw-dropping 3,000 miles per hour, remaining silent all the time. Despite claims by the US Air Force weeks after that F-16s were flying in the area, witnesses believe that what they saw was not of this planet.
