24. Graaf-Reinet Sighting

On December 27, 1998 at about 3 pm, the Laubscher family witnessed between 8 to 10 objects flying above Graaf-Reinet, a small town located 260km Northwest of Port Elizabeth, South Africa. The objects, described as roundish-triangular, moved rapidly across the sky as group, occasionally stopping with the rest circling around. The mysterious crafts were said to be 4-5 times larger than a commercial airliner but were dwarfed by another object that flew past the group. Witnesses say that a golden orb, twice the size of the smaller triangular ones, travelled at very high speed, and was followed by the smaller ones before disappearing behind some clouds.
